I can't lunch the latest Pr (14.5) - Adobe Community - 11600881

New Here ,

After I download the 14 version of Pr, it can not be launched. I can see the very beginning launch picture, after that, Pr just quit or crash. I only can use the 12.2 or lower version of Pr. How can I fix it?
