I have spent hours on the phone with Adobe Tech Support (3+ hours to be exact) and they cannot seem to help solve the problem. After all this time on 2 separate calls, I requested to speak with a tech support person in the United States. I was told that this was not possible. What gives with Adobe these days?

I first started using Adobe products back in the 1990s when Photoshop and the Creative Suite was the main player on the market. What has happened to Adobe? The representative in India had a shared line to both speak and control my computer. The connection kept falling out.

I am through with Adobe and will switch over to Final Cut Pro because Adobe cannot support their own products. Absolutely a very disappointing time with their tech support reps.

Over and out with Adobe!

Please go back to Tech Support and ask for the Video Queue.

You will get better support.

Thank you for your email. I was so appalled with their amateurish support
that I decided to call it a day with Adobe. Reason: they could not support
their own product. They’re going to charge me an early termination fee
which I will have reversed by my bank. I’ve been using their products since
the early 90s — no more! Final Cut Pro here I come!
