I cant Duplicate Text in Premiere Pro 2019

Hi Guys I hope you can help me with my problem with the Premiere Pro 2019

I try to duplicate a "Maintext" by using Alt+Drag to create another Title without altering the "Maintext" the problem is that I just recently notice that while Im using Alt+Drag it doesnt duplicate or it doesnt work.

This is frustating because I am almost done with my project and this happens I hope you could help me and please just give me a simpliest way to fix.

It's not adding another instance of the graphic? It is here, with Alt/drag.

Just copy paste, altering the copy won't affect the Maintext (unless you're using the Legacy Title).
