I don't have any shortcuts in Premiere Pro 2020

So i got Premiere just a couple days ago and i've noticed that none of the standart shortcuts like CTRL+C or CTRL+Z. I checked the shortcut settings but all of them are just empty. I tried reinstalling, reseting the preferences and workspace but that didn't help.

Try resetting the preferences:

If that doesn't work, try resetting the Workspaces:
Reset a workspace
Reset the current workspace to return to its original, saved layout of panels.
1. Do one of the following:
• Click the Workspace menu icon and select Reset to Saved Layout.
• Choose Window > Workspace > Reset to Saved Layout.

I tried reseting the preferences before but i forgot to add it in the post. Obviusly it didn't work. Reseting the workspace also didn't work.

Did you use the Cleaner Tool?

I just did and it didn't work.i'm still stuck without any shortcuts.
