I got MP4 files filmed from an IPhone and premiere only imports the audio in the sequence.

My boss gave me some footage of our production that he filmed on his IPhone. It all appears normal at first like I can view the file just fine but when I try to put it in my sequence only the Audio imports.

I found something that I should update my phone, but since 's not mine and I can't really do that. Is there any way to solve it? I also already cleared the cache...

Most common user error is not source patching the track.
Solved by first opening clip in Source Monitor, set in and out point. Then drag/insert into timeline.
