Hi Friends,
I have a video that is almost 4 hours in PP and when I try to queue to Media Encoder it crashes. When I try to export from Premiere Pro it says approx 45 hours but then crashed last time I ran it.
Therefore I am planning to:
1. Queue it in sections (using in/out points) to Media Encoder
2. Once all exports are done
3. Stitch them together in Media Encoder (which I am hoping will be reasonably fast as they are already exported once)
Does this sound like a good plan? Or do you pros have better ways?
I am on a MacBook pro with 16gig of ram.
Thank you

I can't think of anything I've ever watched for 4 hours... movies, plays, pornography, tv, nothin... who in their right mind would watch something for 4 hours ??
Maybe you can edit it ( called 'editing ' to tell a story ) down to about 1 hour or less...and try again ??

lol. @salvo34 it is the programming of an app - so a learning exercise really - more than entertainment. But you make a good point. Maybe I should break it into parts.
