Hello, I used Adobe Premier Pro for free. However, it is not possible to pay regularly basis. Because I'm not going to use it.

That's fine. Please be advised that Premiere is available by itself for a lower monthly price, so when you do need the software you can just pay for one month of usage as you need it.
