I need two subtitle tracks - is that possible on Premiere 15.0?

Hi everyone,

I am making a video which needs both English and Welsh Captions burnt into the video. This was no problem on the old version of Premiere where I could just add another Caption track on to the timeline and then change its postion so the two tracks didn't overlap.

Is there any way to do this on the new 15.0 update? I added another subtitle track, which it allows me to do, but then it won't let me have more than one active caption track, so I can't see both tracks simultaneously - which is what I need.
