I've already updated Nvidia's drivers, but Premiere is still having problems, I can't work, when selecting anything on the timeline or settings, I click and the one I never want is selected. Can anyone tell me which old version of premiere works best?

Delete the Media Cache and Media Cache files:

If that doesn't work, try resetting the preferences:

If that doesn't work, try resetting the Workspaces:
Reset a workspace
Reset the current workspace to return to its original, saved layout of panels.
1. Do one of the following:
• Click the Workspace menu icon and select Reset to Saved Layout.
• Choose Window > Workspace > Reset to Saved Layout.
from here:

If that doesn't work, try Preferences > Audio Hardware and set Input to None.
If that doesn’t work, try updating or rolling back your graphics driver directly from the video card manufacturer’s site. If NVIDIA, do a clean install of the latest Studio Driver (NOT the Game Driver).
If that doesn't work, try creating a new project and import the old one into it.

Thank you very much for your help, it saved my life! I had already cleared the media cache, but I still had a problem, I had already updated and returned the version of the video drive and the premiere and nothing resolved, I had not tried to reset the preferences, that was what solved my problem. Once again, thank you very much for your help!
