Icons on some apps are larger than others

Recently updated all of my Adobe apps, and now some of the icons are larger than others. Ever since Adobe updated the icons to the ridiculous new color scheme earlier this year (don't get me started), I've always felt they were too small, so the larger size is nice, but why are they inconsistent?

That's just something indubitably Adobe, I think ... we user's are apparently meant to wonder but not understand ...

I've noticed this too. It certainly is a head-scratcher.
