Image Distortion After Upgrading Software

Hi, I really hope you can help.

I was running an older verion of Premiere on my 2013 MacBook Pro. I've just invested in a new M1 Mac Mini hoping that I'd be able to finish my project with more machine power. Unfortunately, opening my project in the updated software hasn't gone as expected.

See the change in the pixleated images below. This image does have a Divide Opacity filter on it, and these seem to be where the new software is failing me.

Has anyone seen this before? Any solutions?

Any help would be hugely appreciated.
