Hello there,
I have been having this problem for a long time. When I record gameplay videos, I record them at the highest quality. After editing in Premiere Pro, I am experiencing distortions when there is motion in the video. When the image is stable, that's okay. I might be wrong with the export settings. I shared my export settings. Can you help me fix this problem?

Turn off hardware encoding, max depth and max render and try again.

Many users are having issues with VFR. If the file is variable frame rate, use Hand brake to convert to constant frame rate:

Double the bit rate at export and see if that helps.

I solved the problem myself guys, there is a difference in bitrate rate between the original video and the export video. To understand and correct this, you need to learn the information of the original video. You can do this with the videoinfo application. After learning the video MB / S speed, make your video bitrate rate equal in the export section.
