Hi, how can I improve image quality in Premiere Pro? Original video was recorded in H8 Sony videorecorder, then mastered on a CD rom.

Get the original video if you can, not the CD ROM version.

If you can't, you can try Neat Video:

Mastered as what? What kind of file was written to the CD?
