imaging/video downscale blurry

hey 

im having trouble with downcaling 

im working on a 1080p project and im inserting a cornor logo (animation) thats 4k and then downscalling it to the size i need but when i play it the cornor logo gets very blurry 

what would be the correct way to do it

Is it blurry on export or just when playing back on timeline? There are lots of factors here which could be the cause including sequence settings, Program monitor viewing settings, scaling, project settings, export settings.

As a simple quick fix, try down-scaling your logo to HD in Photoshop and eliminate any scaling issues in Premiere. If still blurry on export then you have some issues with sequence/export settings.
