Hi,

When I am important clips to the newest version of Premiere, they either import upsidedown, or they import very whitewashed and color distorted and I cannot figure out how to fix it. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Premiere, restarted my Macbook, updated my system to the most up to date version, and the issue still persists. Can someone provide guideance?

Thanks,

It sounds like Premiere is having trouble figuring out what your clips are for colorspace and orientation. What are your original clips? Does this happen for all videos that you import? or only from a phone or screen capture or particular device?

They are a mix of .mov and .mp4 files. It just started happening for videos
I'm importing from my phone and others' phones. Possibly a mix of Samsung
and iPhone devices - I'm not sure since I'm a social media manager and I'm
getting user generated clips from volunteers.
