importing a revised version (mp4) of a video I created in Premiere Pro

Hello everyone,

I created a video in Premiere Pro. A friend of mine offered to touch it up a bit and I sent him the video by using the Project Manager to collect all the files and then sent them to him using WeTransfer.

He has now sent me back the revised version as an mp4 file and as an .aep file.

He didn't add any new files (e.g., clips) to the video. He simply adjusted the text and sound here and there.

What is the best way to bring it back into Premiere Pro and continue working on this revised version in Premiere Pro?

Thank you.

Best wishes, Joe
