Importing an Effect Preset - Error Parsing Properties List From Memory

Hello, 

I am trying to import an audio effect preset I purchased from a reputable 3rd party. When I try to import the preset I get an error saying 'Error Parsing Properties List From Memory.'

I've never seen this error before, what does it mean? And why does it do it while importing a preset?

Any help would be much appreciated!

I'd reach out to the 3rd party...  just wondering why you're not telling us where you got it from...
