Importing Presets to Premiere pro not working

I downloaded a free preset for my editing to change the colour and edges to black and tried importing it but whenever I do it it disappears and I cant find the file in the effects area. PLEASE HELP

How are we supposed to help if we have no idea of what preset you are talking about.

There a some bad ones about.

That is a link of which I downloaded it but it also doesnt work with other presets such as this one

If I were you find some other presets.

Looks to me you need Red Giant Univers.
