I need to move a project from an old version of Premiere Prio 2019 into the new 2021 version. Anyone got any ideas?

Both suggestions can work ... but I tend to go with the second, creating a new project in the new version ... then from the Media browser panel, import the old project file assets.

Duh...thanks, it worked a treat. All files and sequences opened and I saved to a new team project. The team now has access. Appreciate the advice!

Opened PP 2021, followed the file path, located the 2019 file and opened it in 2021. Converted almost instantly, and fixed all the team sharing issues I was having!
