impossible to edit in HDR on Premiere

Hi everyone, I have somme issue with working on HDR on Premiere.
Following some tutorial online, I see that on "Lumetri Color" effect there is the possibility to check "HDR" just below the pen, rectangle, circle tools.
On my software version (2021) there isn't this possibility to check that. 
Could anyone please explain why?
For me it's the first time that I work with HDR request.

I also have problems enabling HDR workflow following this guide:

I'm stuck at the first step, Color Management tab is greyed out for me on my clip.

The strange thing is that I have the same exact hardware setup as one of my collegues and he can edit the Color Management tab and the "Lumetri Color" HDR checkbox is there to be enabled.

Please help
