Let's just start out with saying this, I upgraded to teams because i thought the premium support would be better. It isn't
My issue is that premiere pro has an issue that support diagnosed as a bug dealing with framing.
Since that diagnosis, my engineer stated he will call me back in a day.
A day went by and nothing. So chat'd with support and they said that I need to wait another day. Nothing.
I call support and was on hold twice for 15 mins. Each time it said that it would record my message after the beep and there was no beep.
Then I go to chat, and my guess is that why they are chatting they are playing Video games or something in the background because ever response takes over 5 mins. Even responding to simple phrasing like 'hi' or 'ok'.
I have yet to find worse support. This is enough for me to find similar product so I can look for better support.
