Install older version premire pro

I was wondering how to install a previous version of premiere pro specifically 14.0

In the Creative Cloud desktop app, go to the File/Preferences/Apps, and enable "show older apps".

Then go to the All Apps tab of the app, scroll to PrPro ... and the three dots to the far right, click on them. Three items pop up, one being "install older version".

But it might only go to the last of the 14.x series, I don't know ...
