Installation of Adobe creative cloud - full software package-

Dear community,

I kindly ask for your support because I still receive messages regarding product installation even if I payed for a yearly subscription for all Adobe products. For instance, I installed Premiere Pro and It seems as if I have only been using a trial version. Is it possible that I uncorrectly installed this product?
