Hello, I have read a few posts like mine, but haven't seen the problem I am experiencing.

I get the Unsupported Driver message Intel(R) HD Graphics 630.  I have attempted the "fix" and then get an error message, "The driver being installed is not validated for this computer. Please obtain the appropriate driver from the computer manufacturer."  I have gone to the manufacturer's website and there is no update required.

Any assistance would be gratefully accepted.

I have encountered a similar problem with my laptop that has both Nvidia and Intel GPUs. Do you maybe have a similar setup?

The problem started happening after a Premiere update a while back. I can't update the Intel driver either, because as far as I know; there isn't an update available. But as far as I can see everything is working as it should, at least for me. IE Premiere is still using the Nvidia GPU even though Adobe seems to think otherwise...
