I have a problem with that and when I upload and install the INTEL pilote that ADOBE say : he cannot works on my computer... so what can I do now...
I have also NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050Ti

Make sure you have the latest driver from MS website. (dont use Windows)
or disable 603 in the bios.

Make sure your display is connected to GTX 1050Ti and not to motherboard, a hint what to look for:

After that install latest drivers for both (and turn off Windows driver auto-update feature)

I downloaded and installed a new NVIDIA driver and tried different things related to Intel ... nothing works with Premiere PRO 2020 yet.
I do not know what it is likely to do as a problem for my edits ....

What is your renderer settings? (Project Settings ... > General > Renderer)
Make sure it's set to "Mercury Playback Engine GPU acceleration (CUDA)"
