I tried to change aspect ratio in this file, located in C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Premiere Pro 2021\Plug-Ins\en_EN. But nothing happens. Is this the right folder?
I am having the same issue on 2022. I tried renaming the Interpretation Rules.txt file in every folder in the Plug-in directory and it still finds the old file.
