Invoicing issue

I could find the right place or any way to contact Adobe. I bought Premire last week. The problem is that the amount taken from my account and amount on invoice are different. I need correction invoice but I can't find a way to contact support:/ I will be grateful for any help.

-click the chat icon at the bottom right of the page to open a chat session
-the chat icon looks like '3 dots inside a circle' at the lower right
-type AGENT into the chat window to connect directly to a person that can help you
