Is there a keyboard shortcut for shifting a clip before or after adjacent clips on timeline?

I am looking for a way of moving a clip along the tmeline by a clip at a time.  I am sure this is possible but cannot find a shortcut anywhere.

Not sure of a keyboard only shortcut but if you hold cmd+alt (ctrl+alt on on windows) you can drag the clip along the timeline to swap the clips around.

Sim,

I use Extract, then paste where I want the clip to go. This is 1 shortcut for extract. 2 to move the playhead. 3 to paste. Good feature request, though.

Thanks,
Kevin
