is there a way how to upscale the rectangle mask just to the sides from its center?

Hi, this image describes my question, at the adobe help page of the Premier i found those options how to change shape of a mask, but i do need to scale the rectangle mask up just to it's sides, in After Effects i can do it eassily but i do not know how to aproach this here in Premiere.

Thank you for your answer, I thought i need to adjust the size of rectangle mask path for example in the same way as i can do in After Effects, when i select all points and then hit alt while i move the mouse with it...
