Is there a way to add motion with the new captions?

Overall, I've enjoyed the new overhaul Adobe made to captions, but I'm sorely missing the ability to be able to add motion to individual lines of text, similar to how you can anchor and move other items on the timeline across the screen. 

 

Is there still some way to do that with captions that I'm missing?
