Is there a way to change UI interface to white?

Hi I mainly make content for Youtube and Facebook which have a white interface. It would really be helpful if my UI is white so I can adjust my colors for those platforms. Is there a way to change the UI to white? I noticed i can only change to light grey, white would be more helpful. Thanks

No, you can't change the UI of Premiere to white. All you can do is brighten it up a little bit:
