Is there an ALL CAPS option in Legacy Titles?

Is there an option in Legacy Title to change text that's a mix of caps and lowercase (ex. hullabALOOandCREate) to all caps (ex. HULLABALOOANDCREATE)? I see the All Caps option next to the Small Caps option in the Essential Graphics panel but is that an option somewhere in Legacy too? 

Preferably an option that's a single button...but all suggestions are welcome and appreciated. Thanks!

 'small caps' in the Legacy Titler will (mostly) work to achieve the same thing. Just ensure small caps size is set to 100%.
