Issue with Auto-sync & Atomos Recordings

Hey team!

I'm having difficulty figuring out a problem.

I recently changed my entire set up to shoot with a Sony A7iii to an Atomos Ninja 5. Ever since making the switch, the auto-sync function doesn't work with the master track & the recorded audio from my Atomos. The Atomos is recording 48000k/24bit waveform files which is the same as how I am exporting the master tracks from Audition. It's worth noting that I'm still figuring out the finer points with the monitor as I have 4 tracks coming in from the recorded file, two of which are empty.
