I must have hit a key combination or something by accident, and now when I change the speed/duration of a clip, the clip length stays the same size.  How do I get it back to normal?

Thanks.

In the Clip Speed/Duration dialog, Speed and Duration are linked by default.  (That little chain icon to the right.)

That's what happened, somehow, to a bunch of clips.  Thanks Jim

I don't know how it happened, but at least I know *what* happened and how to fix it in the future.
