Hi community,

I am a relatively new Adobe user, and I downloaded Premiere Pro, but when I go to open it - The loading screen pops up, and it goes through the list of everything that's loading, only to consistently stop and get frozen on the last item. Help!

Hi,

Can you take a screenshot? What is that "last item?"

Thanks,
Kevin

Hi Kevin, yes absolutely - So based on some other searching that I did prior to posting my question - I did try to delete the "ImporterQuicktimeBundle" from the package contents, since that is what it was getting held up on. But unfortunately, when I did that, it would then just get stuck on something else. I have also already tried the classic but simple techniques of un-installing and re-installing as well as re-starting my computer.
