Just purchased Premiere Pro CC. Now do I have to purchase Elements?

My choir director and I are building a virtual choir. I will video record singers and place them in a 4 x 4 arrangement of windows on the screen. Sort of like a Zoom meeting, if you will. My director says I need to use Elements to make the arrangement work. So is it not included in my original package? I have to purchase this separately? No kidding.

You can easily do that in Premiere Pro. It is done the same way as in Premiere Elements:

Place each video clip in its own track on the timeline.

In the Effects Control Panel, adjust the size and position of each of the clips.

You can use the Grid Effect or the Essential Graphics Panel or Photoshop to create a grid.

Elements is not included in CC.

Make sure the singers record with the same framerate and resolution.

Preferably with a proper camera and not a phone.

In PrPro you can sync audio which in Elements you will have to do manually.
