It's a strange feature, as it seems that on Adobe 2019+ PP, if you select the keyboard layout, and check the french localization from the drop-down menu on the right, it displays a Mac keyboard ("@" key over tab should be the "²" key).
But it does recognize your PC keypresses as you type. You end up with zoom in/out keys completely randomised, and few other surprises.
French youtubers are mainly editing their vacation movies on their ibook so they don't care, but pro businesses (those who make actual content for TV, Theaters and YT officials) are more and more switching to windows due to the lack of Apple towers and hardware solutions since 2012.
It prevents you from dynamically drag&drop commands on the keyboard pictures because apart from alphabet, it's completely different. And of course, You can't use a mac .kys on a win .kys unlike Avid.
The only solution if you don't want to assign keys like MS Excel style, is install bootcamp and buy a mac keyboard for you PC. Not that great.
