Keyboard not working with Premiere

Hello,

My keyboard is not working with premiere this morning, see attached. I have tried to reset the preferences, I reinstalled Premiere but the Keyboard is still not working. Do you have an idea how I can solve the issue?

The Keyboard is working perfectly on AfterEffect and any others apps on my computer.

I updated Windows 10 yesterday and uninstalled some unuseful apps, can it be related to this or might this be a bug?
