keyboard shortcut screen missing/hidden

hi! I can't find my 'keyboard shortcut' screen in Premiere. I go to the menu and click on 'keyboard shortcut' and nothing comes up. I have also tried to use the shortcut for the keyboard shortcut screen and nothing. The window is hidden. Any suggestions?

hi,

that seems odd. I would try restarting Premiere to see if that helps. If that doesn;'t work I would restart Premiere again holding down the option key (alt on PC) to remove the preferences or hold down option+shift (al+shift on PC) while starting Premiere.... to clear the plug-in cache and preferences.
