Keyboard Shortcut to assign source video and/or audio to specific tracks on the program side

Before I swithched to Premiere Pro I worked in FCP 7 and Avid. With those applications I was able to route a source video track or a audio track to a specific track in my timeline.  Is that possible in Premier Pro?  And if so, how?
