Keyboard shortcuts won't work in timelinepanel after update 14.5

As stated in the title: My shortcuts do not work anymore in the timeline panel after I updated to 14.5.

I went back to the older version and it worked fine then.

Am I the only one who has this problem?

Also, I've never been able to set the keyboard to AZERTY in a permanent way. It always goes back to qwerty after the project is saved.
