Hi, Rcently upgraded both my Mac, and Prmiere version (latest; a week ago). I do a fair amount of green screen editing, and I loaded in a batch of footage, tried both "Color Key" and "Ultra Key", but when I sample with the eyedropper, nothing happens. I mean NOTHING. What gives?

Hi,

I recently bought a "new" iMac (2019, 27" Radeon 570X, 72GB, 3Ghz i5), and
installed a fresh suite of Adobe apps (P-shop, Premiere Pro, AE,
Illustrator). I opened up a new project, brought in some green screen
footage and found that the keyers (Color Key and Ultra Key) simply don't
work the way I was used to. In fact, they hardly work at all.

I can give you more detail if you want it.

I have been on a support chat and it was suggested that I upgrade the Mac
OS. That's a pain in the butt, but I'll do it if I have to.
