keyframes not working

I always liked the zoom transition, unfortunately it is not working anymore.

I used the way where you create one adjustment layer with mirroring and the second with the scaling from 100% to 300%. Now the scaling is doing nothing, it just stays at 100%. Was perfectly working before.

It happens when I do it all by myself and also when I import the whole Layers from some Youtubers.

I was working with a Windows PC with i7 10700 and 16GB RAM, GeForce 1650 super and now with the new m1 Mac mini. The Problem is the same.

I hope someone can help me.

when applying an adjustment layer, apply a Transform effect, 

then keyframe the Scale property of the Transform effect
