My label feature only works on the clip name on the timeline, not the whole clip.  So if I try to change the color of a clip on the timeline, its only the background of the clip name that is changed, not the whole clip.  Anyone know where to change this back to the default that changes the color on the entire clip in the label function?

Hi Lori,

Did you ever get this figured out? If I understand your question correctly, I think you just need to go to your file menu and pull down to "Project Settings > General" and see if you have the box checked next to "Display the project item name and label color for all instances" If that is checked then any time you change a label color then all the instances of those clips in your timeline and project browser will change.PrPro_Project_Settings.jpg
