Lagging problem

Hi i installed premier pro 2020.

i have lag to programm :

1st when i edditing in timeline 

2nd when i scroll down or up my video forder with thubnails(if i have not thabnails scroll is good)

3rd when i scroll right and left on timeline and when i zoom in or zoom out the timeline .

i buy Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1660 SUPER OC 6G [GV-N166SOC-6GD] for premier pro 2020.

****In video when i moved my mouse the programm froze!!

Hi there, 

We're sorry about the poor experience. Have you tried resetting app preferences to isolate any preference corruption issue that might be causing the app to misbehave?
