Latency on Adobe Premiere 2020

Hello,

Since the last update of Premiere Pro 2020,

I have a big problem with long file, i'm working on videos which are around 1h30 sometimes,

and with every files like this, the beginning is normal.
But more and more I go further in the mp4, there is latency, my computer takes so long time to render also... help me please 🙂 !

I just try, and it doesn't change, it's look like the cache for the 20 minutes is perfect, but for the rest it becomes more and more terrible the more I go further in the file. Around 1h it's really really slow, and I haven't the problem before
