Latest update bug v15.0 - Can't click/shortcut while previewing footage.

Hey, so I've just recently updated Premiere, and there's been this weird bug that happens randomly a couple minutes (around 20-30), that stops you from being able to use shortcuts, click a video to cut it, or anything really timeline based (expect one time where I couldn't click anything), while previewing the video. The second you stop though, it's fine. 

If you know either a fix or whether I've just clicked something that'll be great help thanks. Generally a restart fixes it, but still... that gets pretty irritating pretty quick when you're doing it every 20mins.
