Lens distortion effect application after linked AE graphics

Apologies if this is a silly question but I am just getting to grips with PP and AE over the last few weeks. I have several linked PP clips which I have added AE graphics to. However I forgot to apply the Lens distortion modification to the clips (as this is footage from a drone which has quite bad barrel distortion) before I created the graphics in AE. Obviously if I now apply lens distortion effect in PP to the linked clips, quite rightly it distorts the graphics too. Is it too late to apply the distortion without it affecting the graphics from After Effects at all or is there a workaround?

Many Thanks

Marc

apply Optics Compensation to the clips inside After Effects to do that since

the clips are already dynamically linked... if you have other effects applied

to the clips inside After Effects, try to offset Optics Compensation with

those inside the Effect Controls panel if you do not want other effects

to ba affected as well.. (Offset the effect ordering)
