Hi there,

Adobe does not officially offer versions older than v13 (CC2019) at this time. If you defnitely need an older version you can try contacting Adobe support directy and see if they'll give you access to one. If not then unfortunately you'll have to upgrade to Win 10 to use the latest versions.
