loading Stutter.prm - Premiere pro will not load

I've recently downloaded the latest 2021 v15 copy of Prmeiere Pro.

However, it will not load. Just hangs on the opening screen when trying to load Stutter.prm

I still have my 2020 copy and that loads without fail.

What's going on with the 2021 version? Does anyne know how I can actually use the software that I am paying for?

Thanks for looking into this. 

I've followed the steps in the video; held down alt whilst clicking the Open button to clear the preferences, also held down shift + alt and cleared the preferences and plug-in cache, but both interventions have not worked. It still hangs on the splash screen at 'Loading... Stutter.prm'

Stutter.prm does not sound very much like Adobe.

Any 3rd party plugin installed?

Uninstall and try again.

Yes, I had Motion Array plug-ins installed, but they have been uninstalled and still get this issue. 😞

Some component from Motion Array might still be installed. If their uninstaller is not working, you can contact the support team and Motion Array and they can probably set you up with a workaround. I uninstalled all Motion Array Plugins (managed to find an uninstall.exe that I didnt even know was on my machine).

But I have run into this error now...  Loading... ImporterQuickTime.prm

And no matter what I try I STILL cannot  open Premiere 2021 v15.

but now, I also cannot use my Motion Array plugins in Premiere 2020 v14.9

Come on Adobe, it really should be this hard to update software!!!!

Might want to check MediaCore in Adobe > Common .......
